Changes in Latitudes covered porch sits only a few feet away from Little Fightingtown Creek, a stocked trout stream. Enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner on the porch or just relax in the hammock or on the chaise lounge. There are rockers on the porch for rocking your worries away from all the hustle and bustle of city life.
Little Fightingtown Creek loops around the cabin so you have lots of places to fish from this very unique setting. Let the guys or gals in your group fish while you relax on the porch or in the hot tub. Changes in Latitudes has a level yard with a fire-pit for a late afternoon get together and a tire swing hung from a nice tree. There is a hot tub on a uncovered area for a nice soak after a day of fishing, hiking, white water rafting or just kick back and soak in all of our beautiful mountains.
Changes in Latitudes is a one level cabin with a fully equipped kitchen and even a dishwasher. There is an eating area, living room with a wood burning stove, one bath and two bedrooms with queens. Changes in Latitudes is a very cozy cabin that gives you that true mountain get-a-away feeling.
Changes in Latitudes can be booked with other cabins in the area for a weekend, vacation or special occasion get-a-way. There is a common area on the creek very close to this cabin and the other cabins. The common area has a pavilion with a fireplace and built-in grill for grilling and of course you can fish from this area also.
Give us a call and book Changes in Latitudes as you won’t find a nicer setting in the area for a vacation get-a-way! The town of Blue Ridge has a lot to offer from art galleries to unique places to eat and wonderful shops. Visit Mericer Apple Orchard and store where you can shop and take home some goodies like fried apple pies, a Southern favorite, jams and jellies. You might find that special gift for a special someone that you want to say “Thank You”!
